Psychokinesis: Mind Over Matter

Date(s) - 06/03/2018
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre

PK or not PK? : An evening exploring the evidence for psychokinesis, the influence of mind or spirit over matter.

Psychokinesis is the phenomenon alleging to allow a person with a psychic ability to move, manipulate or change a physical object or state, without physical interaction; by using their mind.

We will bring together a number of experimenters and researchers in the paranormal to demonstrate their results from their own analysis of psychokinesis in the March installment of our Tuesday Talks. Ana Flores, currently working on a PhD at Edinburgh University will talk about her experiment to test whether humans can influence matter at quantum level, which is producing amazing results. Ann Treherne, chair of the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre, will demonstrate a camera which shows changes in the human aura. Beatrice McCaig will talk about the appearance of orbs and show us a video taken in her home which provides evidence of this phenomena.

There will also be an attempt to record EVP – the Electronic Voice Phenomenon, and use the psychic energy of those present. In addition to this, the results of an experiment in which mediums were asked to ‘heal’ plant bulbs and seeds will be revealed by Stewart Lamont, trustee of the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre.

The purpose of the evening will be to demonstrate a variety of forms of psychokinesis. Those attending are invited to bring a small object which will be used as part of a psychometry demonstration

Tickets to this event are just £5.00 each. The event will start at 7.30pm.
