For thousands of years human kind has demonstrated an inseparable link to water, beyond that of the need for drinking and bathing. This talk will look at some of the early civilisation links to water through spiritual and psychic connections, and the beliefs derived from interaction with this element. Jumping forward into today’s research within parapsychology, the use of water for relaxation and promoting potential psychic imagery within laboratory based tests will be discussed – specifically regarding the use of flotation tanks.
