The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre first opened on the 23rd of October 2011. We are operated by The Palmerston Trust; a Registered Charity in Scotland (SC042492). Our purpose is to support the Trust’s efforts to achieve their charitable objectives – namely:

Objective (d): Provide a facility for the practice of spiritual healing, complementary therapies and the creative arts to benefit the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual welfare of society.

We host workshops, classes, private consultations and other events for the betterment of our patrons mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. We provide studios for artists and host art exhibitions. We run a small tearoom for the community to enjoy and to facilitate socialisation. More recently, we took our services online to reach the wider world and those who had to isolate due to the pandemic.

In order to provide our services and maintain our facilities, we employ a small number of employees and rely on the vital contributions of volunteers. The fees we charge for our services and the donations that we receive help us cover our operational costs.

If you would like to make a donation to ensure our survival and to help us grow, please use the button below. Your donation will be processed by PayPal however you do not need to have a PayPal account.

All amounts contributed are appreciated and everything that we receive will be used to fund our services. For more information about how your donation will be used, you can contact us on 0131 625 0700 or email us at bookings@arthurconandoylecentre.com.
