Ann Treherne is the Founder and previous Chair of The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre in Edinburgh. A successful career in the financial sector which saw her grow from working as an Office Junior to the level of CEO illustrates the incredible determination and drive that Ann possesses. After experiencing a traumatic premonition in 1996, Ann was compelled to leave the finance world in pursuit of answers.
In her first book, Arthur and Me (2020), Ann details six years of spiritual communication with elusive entities, one of whom was eventually shown to be Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Conan Doyle himself was known as a keen spiritualist in his later years, and Ann’s connection with him led to the foundation of the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre.
Her second and most recent book, The Vortex (2023), follows on from where “Arthur and Me” left and tells the true story of the many paranormal experiences that Ann had while in the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre’s headquarters on Palmerston Place, Edinburgh.
