Christmastime, is a magical time at The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre, at Palmerston Place. Firstly, there is our magnificent 20 foot Christmas Tree to decorate – the tree is also used as our ‘Remembrance Tree’ where our patrons hang a little tag on the tree with a personal message to their loved ones.
Our Christmas Party and Candle-light service were both well attended and our beautiful Helen Duncan Room was decorated with Christmas Roses, Holly and Ivy adorning our mantelpieces. Christmas really is a special time here, and we take this opportunity to wish all our patrons a very Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year!
