New Self Awareness Class

    I am interested in attending the centre. As I have no experience, I wondered what would be the best day/time to attend.

    Thanks for your comment. You would be welcome to attend the centre at any time to any of our events. One that might be suitable for you as a beginner is our Thursday Open Circle at 2pm, or the Wednesday evening services at 7.30.
