What’s On?

Mondays

Mondays 2PM. Chloe’s Monday Meditation utilises a variety of styles, including energetic meditative practices, with emphasis on heart-coherence. The sessions are designed to allow you  focus on your heart’s energy, boost your immune response and will move you back into a state of emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. To take part, you just need a quiet place to sit comfortably for an hour.

Mondays, 6PM. Come and join Sophie on the mat as she guides you through a gentle hatha flow style yoga session, from the comfort of your own home.  Mondays offer a Hatha flow class. Begin with a warm up, followed by some sun salutations and a new flow each week, based on the theme. The current theme of Sophie’s class is the chakras.

Tuesdays

Tuesdays 2PM. Join Kevin Brown for a gentle but powerful form of flowing movement that will restore your inner peace of mind, strengthen and revitalise your physical body and calm your emotions. Some of the many benefits gained from learning Infinite Tai Chi are: Rejuvenation, Longevity, Natural Health, Inner-Strength, Grace and Beauty.

Tuesdays, 7.30PM. Every Tuesday we host an informative talk. Our Next Tuesday Talk will be “The Space In Between” by Joan Frew. Joan is going to be talking about all things spiritual, weaving in her life’s experiences as a backdrop. In her time, Joan has been a spiritual medium, trance medium, crystal therapist, sound & reiki therapist, and a spiritual teacher. We value her depth of knowledge and connection with the Spirit world.

Wednesdays

Wednesdays 6PM. Take part in restorative Hatha. Expect a mindfulness warm up which focuses on pranayama (breath work). This leads into a unique and gentle flow. Then a slower sequence on the mat. Each class is an hour in length, excluding savasana at the end of the class. Wednesday classes also follow the same theme as Monday. 

Thursdays

Thursdays 2PM. Our Open Circle has become so popular that we have decided to extend its time to 1 hour and 30 minutes. This will be a 30 minute meditation and then up to 1 hour minutes of discussion. An Open Circle is open to anyone to sit in. From people curious about Spiritualism to people working on their development.

Thursdays 7.30PM. Enter the weekend restored from a deep spiritual meditation. Ewan Irvine will lead a spiritual meditation session on Thursday nights. Connect with the community and nurture your spiritual and mental wellbeing.

Saturdays

We  hold weekly demonstrations of mediumship Saturdays at 7.30PM. We believe these events help spread peace, comfort and joy.
