Tuesday Talks

Arthur and Me: A Dark Presence

Tuesday 18th August 2020. 7.30pm until 9.00pm. Free via ZOOM.

Ann Treherne, Chair of The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre reads the segment from her book, Arthur and Me where her mediumship circle encounters Aleister Crowley, the infamous occultist. Crowley was a controversial figure and gained widespread notoriety during his lifetime. The popular press labelled him as a ‘Satanist’ and as ‘the wickedest man in the world’.

In this talk, Ann describes her own encounter with Crowley who appeared as a physical manifestation. It was far from a pleasant experience. Crowley had a dark energy and appeared to revel in the bad atmosphere he had created.

Hear the incredible story told by the author in her own words. Ann will discuss this physical phenomenon and host a discussion with questions and answers from the audience.

Please join us at 7.30PM on Tuesday 18th August via ZOOM. For details on how to access, please see FAQs tab.

About the Speaker

Ann Treherne

Chair of the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre

Ann Treherne was once the CEO of a subsidiary company of a large, international bank. Back in 2000, she left the corporate world due to traumatic premonitions which came true. This was her awakening which started her journey to seek answers and become a Psychic Investigator.  Presently, Ann is an International Speaker, Tutor and Workshop Facilitator. She brings a unique talent and professionalism to the world of the metaphysical.

Ann published her first book, Arthur and Me earlier this year. It tells the true story of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s posthumous communication which led to our centre’s founding. The book is available for sale on our website and can be personalised on request.
