In this dark month of December at the end of 2022 we invite you to share in the warmth of The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre’s Tearoom and join others for a guided journalling session around the theme of self-love.
You will be offered six prompts (or questions) that will encourage you to reflect on the parts of you that need self-love the most which simultaneously maybe the parts which you find most difficult to accept.
The gathering will provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts – and perhaps even revelations – with the other members of the group at the end of the session over a hot drink. However, there is absolutely no expectation on you to speak about your experience if you do not want to.
One cup of mulled wine, tea or coffee is offered as part of the ticket price.
