Dancing in my Head
Art Workshop
with Alena Rogozhkina
8th July 2023 | 10am – 2pm | £40-£50 |In Centre
Use Artistic Techniques to explore creative flow and manifest the reality you want.
Connect to yourself through art.
Natural confusion can cloud our judgement, making it difficult to activate our senses and release creative energy. This confusion comes from the disconnect between our logical, conscious mind and our subconscious intuition. The ‘being in my head’ finds it hard to collaborate with the ‘dancing in my Soul’.
This separation leaves our creative flow weakened, and in need of nurture. We can only truly mend the damage by connecting these two separate parts of ourselves, which is a difficult and challenging task.
However, through work we can achieve this, inspiring creative magic and far greater potential to manifest our dreams in reality.
In this 4-hour creative workshop you will learn how to introduce you head to your soul. You will also be invited to explore your own answers to personal questions such as:
- What is the link between your own senses and creative energy?
- What blocks your creative state and what makes it flow?
- Are there particular colours, shapes, symbols that you can use an activation key to unlock a state of creative flow when you want/need it?
By understanding yourself better you will be better equipped to deal with the challenges of life.
What to Expect
You will learn to experiment with creative tools such as sacred geometry, writing, colour mixing, and sound, discovering different ways to evoke your creative energy.
This will equip you with a selection of easy-to-access creative rituals that you can take away and add to your everyday life as an essential toolkit to support your manifestation practice.
With your new tools and skills you will be better able to balance yourself in the future, and so live a more mindful, aware and happy life.
Please note that there are two types of tickets avaliable for this workshop: you can either bring your own materials and supplies with you for £40 or use those provided by Alena for £50.
