Do you believe there is more out there than what we can see? 

Even though the Cottingley Fairies photographs were later proven to be a hoax Frances Griffiths, one of the girls who took the photographs, always maintained that the fifth photograph was real.

Many countries have long histories of belief in the unseen protectors and guardians of places. These myths and legends traverse the world. They cannot all be wrong or dismissed.

Even if you have never seen a magical being, it doesn’t mean that they don’t exist. You may have gone to a special place in nature and felt you were being observed.

This course seeks to explore what may exist beyond our understanding and may even prove illuminating to your own past experiences. Join us in opening our minds. 

What to Expect

In this series of 5 monthly workshops, we are going to explore the origins of myths and legends of magical beings.

The symbology of magical beings are depicted on oracle cards, books, films and can also be mentioned in psychic spiritual communication. These workshops will help you interpret their meaning to you and the message they bring. Each month we focus on a different aspect of the normally unseen world of land, sea, and air.

Together we will go on a journey of discovery to places and beings you may never have visited before.

We will use guided visualisations to connect with these magical spiritual beings to aid our understanding, knowledge and expand out awareness of what is hidden in plain sight.

Whether you are a believer or not come along and enjoy the fun, you might just be surprised at what you discover and who really lives at the bottom of your garden.

About Joan Frew

Based in Troon, Joan Frew is a Spiritual Medium and Psychic. She offers Spiritual Teaching and Mentoring either one to one or in groups. In addition, she is a fully trained energy therapist and offers a range of complementary therapies, including Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, Reiki teaching and healing.

She teaches workshops on all aspects of psychic and spiritual development in Scotland, England, via Zoom and regularly teaches at the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre in Edinburgh.

She also sells crystals and makes her own crystal essences.
