About

Discover Walking Meditations

Betty Jane Ware will host a Labyrinth meditation workshop on Thursday the 22nd of October at 7.30pm. This workshop will  take place online via ZOOM.

A Labyrinth is a wonderful way to do a walking meditation. In this workshop, Betty Jane will teach you how to draw a 7-path Labyrinth. From there you will walk an elemental labyrinth.

What to Expect on this Labyrinth Meditation Workshop

Betty Jane will lead you through the 7 paths of the Labyrinth focusing on the elements of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. Then you will spend some time in the centre of the Labyrinth with Spirit.

Finally, you will walk out along each of the elements, digesting all that you have learned and felt on the walk. This will allow the Labyrinth time to begin its gentle healing.
