Join Joan Frew each month for a vibrant class which offers a full experience of colour. Are you drawn to certain colours? Are there colours you avoid? Do you see life as a black and white experience with no shades of grey? Colour is a fully-sensory experience. We eat, breathe, sing, taste and feel colour every day.
