Sound Bath

February 26 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

An Immersive sensory experience of pure relaxation

A Sound Bath is an immersive ambient journey.

A Sound bath is a holistic approach to relaxation and healing.

The sounds that are created through the instruments  induce a deep relaxation through the sound frequencies they produce.

Sounds are created using different instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and more.

All you need to do is relax

For the sound bath, you’ll be laying down, allowing the sound frequencies to flow through your body and brain, healing you from the inside, out.

Sound baths take place in the Garden Room at the Arthur Conan Doyle Centre in Edinburgh’s West End every Wednesday evening in February from 7.00PM – 8.30PM.

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available for the sessions but please do bring your own to avoid disappointment as there is a limited supply of these.

To our valued friends, clients and delegates,

It is with a heavy heart that following the latest guidelines issued by the Government, the NHS, and the World Health Organisation, The Centre is now closed until further notice.

We have made the incredibly tough decision to cancel all of our in-house events up to the end of July this year. However, during this time we have introduced a new schedule of online classes. You can see more on these here

We are working tirelessly behind the scenes to reduce the amount of disruption this may cause you.

We are currently in plans to reschedule our in-house events to keep them running in due course. If you have already booked on for a course, class or workshop, we will be in touch with you personally regarding your ticket.

As you can imagine, this means we are working incredibly hard to not disappoint those of you who have been looking forward to coming to The Centre for an event.

We ask that you please wait until you've been contacted by someone from our team regarding an event if you've already booked on. We will be receiving a lot of calls and emails in the coming days, so please be patient with us.

Of course, should anything change in the coming days, we will be in contact with you to inform you how this affects both you and us.

We wish you all the very best in these trying times and would like to leave you with a quote to help us all refocus on the things in life the matter most to us from the man we take our name from:

"It has long been an axiom of mine that the little things are infinitely the most important" - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
All the very best from The Team at The ACD Centre
