Enter a beautiful, sacred space for an awareness raising journey. In these Sound Healing Sessions from Spiritual Practitioner Maimouna Ly, you will be invited to deeply relax, clear and harmonise your mind, body, and spirit with waves of instruments and voice sound frequencies.
The first session will coincide with the Autumn Equinox.
What is a Sound Bath?
In a Sound Bath, the Practitioner uses a variety of traditional and modern musical instruments to create a journey. Each Sound Bath is unique to the moment in which it is created; a time out of time specific to you.
As a Traditional and Shamanic Healer, Maimouna will invite you to travel with the sounds of sacred ancestors’ songs. Together you will sink deeper into stillness, finding answers and inspiration from your Higher Self and the Universe, both of which will come more easily to you and will offer you a new perspective on all that is possible.

What to bring
A yoga mat, a blanket and/or pillow and water to drink.
Disclaimer: Sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people. However, it’s not suitable for anyone with the following issues: Any deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi, open wounds, acute inflammations and tumours, suffering from Tinnitus, Meniere’s disease or Epilepsy, pacemaker or defibrillator or a metallic implant. It is advised not to receive sound healing if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy. Please ensure you make the best decision to keep yourself safe and be aware that you are responsible for your well-being.
About Maimouna Ly
Maimouna is a Healer from a generation of healers in her family, a Shaman and a Holistic Therapist as well as being a Reiki Master/Teacher. She is also an Artist and a Writer, a woman committed to love, life, and the natural world, the same world we will leave to our children. She thrives on writing, singing, dancing, listening to music, and restoring her energy balance in Nature in quiet and peaceful environments.
During therapies sessions she offers, she listens to you with all her love, heart, and integrity to help you reach where you need to be. Heavenly spirits, guides of light, and spirits of Nature might join the session, especially those of the totem animals that accompany her daily. They always manifest themselves with the greatest love, and they are always a gift to the receiver and her. She can use crystals, healing musical instruments and channelled songs to accompany the session.
She will act as a channel during the session to allow you to set out the self-healing process within yourself and give you energies and wisdom messages to help you on this dimension of life.
