When the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre first opened its doors on the 23rd of October 2011, it did so with the intention of making spirituality accessible to all. Now, over a decade later, The Centre has developed into a well established a space for the community to nurture their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was an impassioned spiritualist and spent much of his later years dedicating himself to sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. Here at the Centre, we believe that spirituality should be accessible to everyone.
Through our connection with the Edinburgh Association of Spiritualists and our devotion to curating a well-rounded and interesting programme of events each year, we have been able to create a community of curious minds looking to expand their perspectives.
Provide a facility for the practice of spiritual healing, complementary therapies and the creative arts to benefit the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual welfare of society.
We provide a space for numerous workshops, lectures, meditation groups, meet-ups, community groups and artistic events that are rooted in spirituality.
The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre first opened on the 23rd of October 2011. We have a mission to make spirituality accessible to everyone. We achieve this by providing a space for the community to nurture their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End, the Centre is accommodated in the splendid surroundings of an elegant Victorian town house. We offer a variety of experiences in the form of workshops, classes, talks, therapies and private sittings. Recently we have been delivering a programme of online events which have attracted people from all around the world.
