Susan Lancaster

Massage Therapist & Meditation Teacher

Hello! My name is Susan (she/her) and I am a long-standing therapeutic practitioner based here in the beautiful building at 25 Palmerston Place, and it is a joy to welcome you into my deeply restorative and compassionate therapeutic space.

My current research interests are around how we store emotional pain and trauma in the body and is supported through previous and current postgraduate study. Massage is an age-old art of working with and on the body, focussing on soft tissue manipulation to achieve therapeutic benefit. And that stands irrespective of the hands-on purpose relaxation, loosening of tightness, or relieving gnarly congestion.

There is a beauty in the process that brings back a sense of space and ease. Our bodies are complex things, using an informed hands-on approach combining years of experience, training and awareness, alongside deepening intuitive of what your body is telling me is a restorative, nurturing and healing experience.
