Affordable room hire is hard to come by in Edinburgh. Our rooms are perfect for a variety of purposes: filming, AGMs, lectures, classes, 1-1 therapy, and more.
Housed in an impressive Victorian Townhouse which retains its original beauty. It’s our pleasure to provide a beautiful, welcoming space for your event.
Rooms are available on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis. A half-day is for 4 hours, a full-day is for 8 hours.
Equipment Hire is available, including tech such as projectors, screens and cameras, alongside complimentary flipcharts.

Room 103
Both of our available therapy rooms have a massage table which can be moved to the centre of the rooms or kept to the side. Therapy room 103 is also equipped with a relaxing recliner, perfect for hypnotherapy and relaxation sessions.
Room 104
Room 104 comes equipped with a massage table, ambient lighting, a CD player, and two comfortable chairs.
Palmerston Studio
Our basement therapy room is perfect for intimate sessions e.g., private readings. Located in a peaceful area of the Centre, this room has minimal distractions and calming natural light.

We offer a 10% discount* for charities, social enterprises and community classes.
*Not applicable at weekends.
Seating, tables, pens and stands come with the space. We also have projector and screens for hire for £15, flip-charts for £10 (Bundle Projector/Flip-chart £20).

Want a space for the weekend?
We offer weekend hire for an additional 15% cost. A minimum of 4 hours booking is required for weekend hire.
You must notify us of any cancellation in writing, such cancellation taking effect from the date the notice is received by us. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate loss by taking such steps as we, at our sole discretion deem appropriate, in order to rebook the available date (any success will be taken into account when calculating the cancellation fee due by you).
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before event: 50% Deposit Returned
Cancellation between 8 and 6 weeks before event: 50% of Total Fee Returned
Cancellation between 6 weeks and 11 days: 25% of Total Fee Returned
Cancellation at 11 days or under: No Fee Returned
